I am trying to upload one photo to replace another that has already been submitted. When I try to download and submit the new photo, it won't override the old photo. Does that make sense? Why can't I replace a photo? It's the logo that I created in Photoshop and saved as a jpeg file.Help, please!!Mary

Hi Mary -- it might actually be replacing it, but then your browser is showing you the older image since it has already been cached. Have you tried refreshing the page using ctrl-F5?
