Hiding and unhiding categories

I would love to be able to click a button and hide(not show on my store) categories at times. Sometimes I only want to focus on one thing, but I do not want to delete all the other categories just hide them for awhile.

Admin comment: This is now available. Simply set the Category Order number higher than 10000 in order to hide the category. Thanks!

Would definitely like to see this one! There are a lot of stores out there that have a lot of categories that stay empty for long periods of times. It would be nice to hide/unhide these when needed instead of heaving to delete the entire thing and make a new one when we had more items to list in that category.

I completely agree! This would make it easier for those of us who have a variety of types of items in their store!
