Admin comment: That's simply the pricing structure on the site. There are no listing fees, final value fees, or limits to the number of listings you can have. You simply pay the monthly fee in order to access the back-end of your store. Think of it as a rental fee. And the best part is, you don't need to pay during months when you don't need to access the back-end :)
