Lengthen the notes section for customers

Could there be a MUCH longer word limit for the customers notes OR have a function that let's customers KNOW that they have gone over the word limit? It's frustrating to end up with cut off notes, with a customer not even knowing their note was cut off.

  1. Admin comment: Thanks for the great suggestion! We just lengthened the field so there should be no more cut off messages. Sorry you had experienced that!
