This is not my favorite type of email to send out — I’d rather be notifying you of a great new upgrade (some are in the works, but nothing to roll-out right now). However, I have been spending more and more time lately transferring feedbacks between stores, and I think it’s going to make the most sense to start charging a fee for this service.
From here on in, if you would like to transfer feedback between stores, there will be a $5 charge. Please Paypal this amount to payments [at] hyenacart.com and put the url of the feedback page you’d like to transfer from, and the url of the feedback page you’d like to transfer to, in the comments section.
UPDATE: To request a feedback transfer, please go to your Store Settings >> Request changes page and follow the link from there.

I was so glad in the past when I was able to have my feedback transferred from a congo to a stand-alone store. I would have been more than happy to pay for the service (and would still pay for it retro-actively too!) I really feel that this is an important service that I absolutely required. I couldn’t have done without it. I am just glad that you offer that service at all, I think that anyone requiring it will be happy to pay a small fee! Sorry for the ramble. 🙂

guess this doesn’t apply to me, I had a lot on two former congos I was on but it’s gone now I guess. One of them is still in existance the other was closed some time ago. but thanks and sure I think you need to be paid for doing special work.
Wow, I didn’t even know you had this service at all… its really good to know. and I agree, a 5 dollar fee is totally reasonable. I would so pay it if I needed the service.
It was so fantastic to be able to open a stand-alone store with some feedback already in place from being on a congo. I was so grateful that you were able to do that for me, and would have been more than happy to pay for the service. I think $5 is a perfectly reasonable fee for this option. I wish I had known this was possible before. I would have gladly paid the fee. I just left a congo and I wish I had been able to take the feedback with me 🙁
