All of my items are 100% hand made and there may be slight variations in each item, even when they are similar items. If you need something to be exactly as pictured, please let me know, and I will do my very best to make it as close as possible.
Due to the nature of my items they are all final sale. Items can be spot cleaned/hand washed but are not safe to go in the washing machine! When your little one is wearing my designs they must be supervised at all times!
I ship all of my items by over sized mail which is the most economical. I always use bubble mailers in order to protect the precious hair pretties inside! HBPD is not liable for any damage or loss that occurs during shipment. If you would like to add insurance please send me a message and I will send you a separate invoice. :) Custom orders are all final sale.
