Hello! I'm Sarah, owner of Hip-Bow-Potamus Designs. I am a stay-at-home mom to two little munchkins.

I've always been a very creative and crafty person and when my daughter was little she had very little hair (practically a baldy) until she was about two! I couldn't find much in traditional stores to work with her fine hair so I decided to start making her hair pretties myself! After I really got into it I thought it would be a great idea to share my passion with others and open Hip-Bow-Potamus Designs.

The name itself was even inspired by my daughter. She was a preemie and surprisingly a REALLY good eater so we used to call her our "hungry, hungry hippo". :)

I only work with the highest quality grosgrain and satin ribbons when making my creations. You'll find everything from Clippies to Bows to Headbands and more!! My creativity is endless and I always love a new challenge. I do so many custom orders now which is amazing as I really enjoy being able to provide people with items that will match outfits or work for special occasions.
