Returns/Exchanges on In Stock Items: Customer satisfaction is my priority. Nothing makes me happier than hearing about a happy customer loving their fiber creations! I appreciate feedback on my products. If there is an issue with workmanship, I want to correct it - please let me know about it so that I can prevent any similar mistake with future orders! Within 14 days of purchase you may return your unwashed, unused first quality handmade item to me. Once the item is returned I will refund you the item price, less shipping. Between 14 and 30 days of purchase receipt you can return your first quality, unwashed, unused item for store credit, less shipping. Please note that I am not responsible for return shipping or outgoing shipping on returned or exchanged items. Items listed as second quality are not returnable. I will make every effort to fully explain the defect in the item. I stand behind my seconds. If you find a problem, unrelated to the reason it was listed as a second, I will work with you to correct any knitting or crochet flaw. All Pattern purchases are Non-Refundable. If you have trouble with a pattern, please email me asap and I will try to help you work through the problem to the best of my ability. :-) Custom Order Policies: Please measure your child carefully! Custom orders cannot be returned. Please note that crochet items will have much less give than knit, and will be more close to fit, unless otherwise requested. If there is a problem with workmanship on a custom order, I will work with you on a case by case basis to correct any knitting or crochet flaw. I reserve the right to request that the item be returned to me at your expense for inspection to determine the nature of the problem. Please report any workmanship flaws immediately. Pooling of color in a custom knit or crochet item is not considered a flaw of workmanship. Handpainted yarns are wonderful to work with in part because you do not know until the item is complete exactly how the coloring will work out. If you do not like pooling in your knit items, please contact me prior to ordering for assistance in choosing yarns for your project that are less likely to pool. However, some pooling still may occur. I will work closely with you to ensure that you receive an item that you will absolutely love! That is my GOAL! I will use your measurements to create your custom item. If you have any question in regard to how to measure your child, please ask. I will be happy to help ensure that the measurements are taken correctly. I cannot accept returns on items that do not fit due to incorrect measurements. If you are purchasing knit or crochet items as a custom for an unborn babe in NB or Small sizes, please note, that these same guidelines apply, with one excpetion: Your 7lb babe turns out to be 10lbs. I do want to be part of your little one's diapering experience and want the chance to keep them warm as well. So, I will offer a "newborn Ooops exchange" for customs only. If, your expected 7lb babe is 10lbs, and there is no way the item will fit, I will work with you on a case by case basis to help solve this problem. Communication is key though. Up to 14 days beyond birth, I will exchange for instore credit less a 10% restocking fee and shipping. 14-30 days from birth, I will exchange for instore credit less a 35% restocking fee and shipping. This applies only to unwashed, unused items. A quick try on won't be considered worn... but if your babe was in the item for a couple of hours and messed his or her diaper while wearing, or spit up, etc, then your item will not be considered unworn. Beyond 30 days from birth, regular Custom order policies apply... no refunds/no returns! Custom Deposit Refund Policy: As noted in the custom order process information, deposits made for custom orders are non-refundable. The slots are set up with a deposit to ensure that I can provide top notch customer service and as much attention as needed to create the perfect hand knits for you. Decisions such as yarn selection, getting sizing measurements nailed down and other design discussions take up quite a bit of time. Additionally, my work flow must be scheduled carefully so that I can meet the timeframes I've given to all customers in my que. So that I can maintain the level of service I strive to provide and to keep my prices competitive, I must keep these deposits as non-refundable in the case that the choice to cancel the order is made. The BIG PICTURE: If you have any issues with the knit/crochet/woven item that you recieve, please contact me as soon as possible. I strive to make top quality garments and can only fix problems I know of. Communication is key! No refunds/instore credit/or exchanges due to sizing on in-stock items will be issued beyond 30 days of receipt. No "oops Newborn exhanges" will be made beyond 30 days of birth. Thank you.
