Aquamarine (blue stone) is a cooling stone. Aquamarine
cools anger/agression and fear. Helpful in moving through grief. It can help cool down symptoms of skin conditions such as eczema,
rosacia, and psoriasis; allergy symptoms; and infection, especially of
the throat.
It can be of assistance for all types of inflammation.
Frosted quartz (white stone) amplifies the vibration of the aquamarine.
Gemstones do
not need to be worn against the skin to be effective. They only need
to be in close proximity to the body so carrying them in a pocket also
works.
The effectiveness of gemstones should last indefinitely. They do not wear out or need to be replaced over time.
