For your convenience, the essential oils in this blend have been diluted with fractionated coconut oil, and are ready for immediate use!
- Just roll the oil onto the skin!
- Carry in your purse or backpack and use as needed.
- Apply a small amount to the back of the neck or bottoms of the feet.
- On average the 10ml bottle lasts about one month, but this varies depending on frequency of use.

- Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) flowering top. Grown using organic farming practices. Lavender oil is the most popular and highly used essential oil in the world! Prized for promoting feelings of relaxation.
- Vetiver (Vetiveria zizanoides) root oil. Calming, relaxing, grounding and focusing. An oil of tranquility.
- Cedarwood (Cedrus atlantica) bark oil. A relaxing, calming and comforting oil which relieves tension and supports focus.
- Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) leaf oil. Assists memory and mental alertness.
