This is a pair of Earth Runners Chronos Sandals with Canyon Clay laces.
They are a size 8 My feet measure 23.9 cm, I generally fit a US 7.5 or WU 38 and these fit well. The foot bed measures about 10" (25.5 cm.)
These are in very good condition, only worn a few times. There are no stains, rips or tears. For reference, retail price for a pair of sandals like this is $78.
