1. Payment Proof of payment should be received within one hour of sale or auction's end. Payments must be made as donations to the Red Cross-Ukraine, and proof of such donation must be emailed to the dollmaker in question. Each doll/item listing will contain the email address to communicate with the maker, as well as shipping quotes which are to be paid separately.
2. Shipping Charges When proof of payment/donation has been received, you will receive a separate invoice to pay for the shipping charges to receive your doll or item. Your item must travel with a tracking number and insurance. In the event of package loss, you and the dollmaker in question can work on submitting an insurance claim.
3. Taxes, Duties, Fees Your purchase may incur additional taxes, duties or fees upon receipt. These are not included in the price of the doll/item and are your responsibility to cover and/or fulfill.
4. Delivery Our dollmakers will ship their dolls/items within three days of receiving proof of purchase/donation and shipping charges paid. They will send you all relevant shipment information via email.
5. Extra Items Should you wish to order additional items for your doll, you must work that out with the dollmaker in question.
