HELLO! Welcome to the Sweet N Charmed Fabric Mail. We, Adrienne and Lukas are the owners and operators of the business. We have 3 beautiful kids (I may be biased, lol) Alex, Alanna and Ava. You will see more of them as you become members of this group. They are my little models! We started our business in Alaska and moved to Florida mid-late 2016. I know right?! What a big change! We love it! So far so good. We are pleased to serve you! We love fabrics, sewing and patterns!!! How about you? I am sure you do, that's why you are here! This group is offered for everybody to enjoy and get a hold of fun and unique custom designed fabrics. We have variety of fabrics to offer in this group. Our custom designs will be printed on mostly 95%Cotton 5%Spandex Cotton Jersey Knit, 220 GSM, 95%Cotton 5%Spandex French Terry Knit 240 GSM, 95%Polyester 5%Spandex Knit 190GSM. We will be offering different kinds of fabrics and notions once in awhile. We may use either Digital Printing or Screen Printing. Some designs will work better digital and some may work out just screen printed. All information about the current open order will have detailed description and if you have any questions don't hesitate to contact any admin. PREORDERS/PRESALE All custom printed fabrics in Sweet N Charmed group is available for discounted preorder pricing. We post in advance before a preorder opens, turn your notifications on for this group so you won't miss out. Occasionally, some preorders have limited yardage, First Come First Serve!!! Please be prepared to pay the invoice within 48 hours. Unpaid invoices are considered dropped and will not be allocated any yardage. We may offer pick ups only if we have drastic amount of drops. It is your responsibility to check for any updates in this group so you don't miss out on anything. There is no way that it will be of any admin's fault if you missed out on preorders. RETAIL It is Sweet N Charmed's decision on when to open retail orders on the best date that works for us. As always, all priority is given to the people who ordered in the presale, which means PREORDERS SHIPS FIRST. There is always retail for everybody who have missed out on preorders but we do not guarantee exact numbers.. We will announce 24-48 hours in advance when the schedule is for retail orders.

Specific pricing details are located in the order document for each fabric. Shipping Fee will also be a part of the payment. For anybody requesting Layaway, the additional fee is $3 Please see (Layaway Application TOS). We have variety of fabrics to offer in this group. Our custom designs will be printed on mostly 95%Cotton 5%Spandex Cotton Jersey Knit, 220 GSM, 95%Cotton 5%Spandex French Terry Knit 240 GSM, 95%Polyester 5%Spandex Knit 190GSM. *Fabric Cost+Shipping Fee = SUBTOTAL + optional Layaway Fee = TOTAL **The width of the fabric can vary between 56"- 66". Please expect that some of selvage or a few inches at the edge of the fabric may come imperfect or unusable. Any flaws found within the 6" inches of the selvage is expected but not the usual, No compensation is to be given for this. ***Please note that it is an industry standard to have a variance of 10-15% for the final products. This is in consideration of the color and the weight of the fabric. For orders larger than 15 yards, we will split shipping and invoice for multiple packages. Orders of 10 yards or more of one design qualifies for a 10% discount. Prices may vary from one design to another. Factors to consider for the difference are: Colors, design complexity, designer fee, printing process.

When MOQS have been filled, we may choose to close some designs ASAP to avoid overselling. The first invoice will include yardage price+shipping fee and it will be sent out within 48 hours of closing. If you placed a large order you may receive your shipping invoice later when the fabric arrives. You are responsible for paying the invoice within 48 hours after receipt. ONLY PUT AN ORDER IN IF YOU THINK THE TIMELINE WORKS FOR YOU. ** IF YOU MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR PAYMENT EXTENSIONS WITH AN ADMIN AND DO NOT FULFILL YOUR WORD, YOU WILL BE ISSUED 2 STRIKES. PayPal is the method of payment. PLEASE ONLY PAY in USD. Make sure the correct shipping address is updated in PayPal, it is the only address we can mail to. For any instance that you will be moving, please utilize the change of address form found in the files section. **If you change your address in the middle of the preorder process after you have paid your invoices, the new address you have supplied us automatically becomes the new address registered in our system. Sweet N Charmed is not liable for any LOST PACKAGES. Once the invoice is paid, the order is final and cannot be cancelled! No Refunds! ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!!!

- Please let us all be adult and respect each other in this group. Treat others as you want them to treat you- I will not tolerate any bashing, stirring the pot, gossip, false accusations in the group. - Open communication is the key! - Repeat dropping of orders is not tolerated. - There will be ZERO TOLERANCE for filing a dispute with us. Production timeline and Shipping to host is not exact, but expected to be 4-12 weeks. We only work with certified professional manufacturers, but any variation in time frame will be updated immediately. The host cannot be liable for any delays or problems arising from acts of God or unforeseen conditions out of our control. in any case you owe Sweet N Charmed any shipping fee, Please pay the shipping invoices as soon as possible. If the invoice is not paid after two weeks (14 days), the yardage will be considered abandoned. Abandoned yardage will be sold at the hosts convenience, after which the buyer will be refunded the original amount paid minus 25% restocking fee. Shipping Estimates can be found in the files section under the open preorder. Shipping rates changes every now and then so be prepared for the difference. We ship via First Class Mail, Priority Flat Rate Boxes or Priority Mail and Express Mail . *Insurance is included for all Domestic Flat rate priority mail for upto $200, overage can be requested when putting your order in. SWEET N CHARMED IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. Orders from different hosts can not be combine since we do not live in the same house.=)

Due to the nature of the this business to be little in quantities and quick run for our Supplier, the ff needs to be taken into consideration: *After you have paid for your fabric on preorder, estimated time of production is between 4-12 weeks. Though the nature of this business is known to having delays, Sweet N Charmed have a great reputation for having a very fast production time (4 weeks or less) and we will always aim for that. In any case of delay, updates will be relayed to everybody. **Please note that it is an industry standard to have a variance of 10-15% for the final products. This is in consideration of the color and the weight of the fabric. ***Monitors are calibrated differently, please account 5-10% difference in color. Different cameras and lighting can greatly change an image. ****Any concerns raised after the period of 72 hours (3days) of when you get your fabrics in the mail, will be treated as a feedback. Sweet N Charmed reserves the right to refuse compensation if you fail to contact us within that time period. ***** Small flecks or flaws that can be covered by a dime is normal but can be avoided. If it does not affect the entire fabric there will be no compensation to be given for the flaw. *****Reprints may come slightly different in color to the original. Reprints may come lighter or heavier in weight than the original. 10-15% is accepted. ******The width of the fabric can vary between 56"- 66".
