Server upgrade this Saturday night, 2/18 starting at 11pm

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to let you know we are upgrading to a bigger, better server (yay!) this Saturday night. The site will be unavailable from about 11pm to about 7 am. If anything’s wonky on Sunday, please rest assured that we’ll be working to get everything back to normal over the course of the weekend.

We are hoping that this upgrade will alleviate the crashing issues we’ve seen in the past month. Thanks so much for your patience as we work through this.

Also, we’ve had some reports of problems with Buy Now stockings (shoppers unable to cart items they have purchased.) If this occurs, please have the shopper contact the helpdesk at support [at] hyenacart.com. We do really want to fix these issues and make the shopping experience less bumpy! That goes for all bugs — please report them to the helpdesk so we can get them fixed.

  1. I have submitted 2 requests for help through help line and have recieved no responses back. I can’t check status because I get no ticket numbers back. Since the server change, I have not recieved one “New order emails” from hyena cart. please help.
