Policies for Sew CM
Shipping:
As of right now we are shipping to the USA and Canada. The shipping prices that are listed for the USA include Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping insurance is not required but is recommended, as I will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged products. Once the order is shipped it is no longer in my control and I will not be held responsible.
Items will be shipped using the address that is shown on the Paypal transaction so please be sure to double check and make sure it is correct.
Packages may take up to 5-7 business days to ship out.
*When buying multiple items if there is an overpayment in shipping I will refund the amount that was overpaid.
Returns:
If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase you have 7 days from the time of delivery to return the item. A refund will be issued for the the product amount only. Shipping charges and return shipping charges will not be refunded. I will only take returns if items have been unworn and unwashed. Also, please let me know if you feel like there is something defective with your item. I want to know if there is something wrong. I am only human and I do make mistakes. I will do my best to resolve any issues there may be.
*All second sales are final.
Guarantee:
I take pride in the products that I have made and believe that I have made a great product. Therefore I have a 30 day guarantee. If for some reason any problems occur please contact me and I will fix any problem that you may have. Because each item is handmade, there will be variances from product to product.
The guarantee does not include natural wear and tear. Also due to the nature of cotton materials the guarantee does not include fading or any other problems that may occur with the materials as they are out of my control.
*In order to receive the guarantee the original receipt will be needed for proof of purchase.
