Payments:

The preferred method of payment is PayPal. Paying with PayPal gives buyers and sellers some protection should a conflict ever arise. Its a safe and simple way to make and receive payments online. I can also accept electronic/debit transfers (EMT). If you do your banking online with a Canadian bank it is very likely an option for you. It will ask for an email to send the money to and it will also ask you to create a 'secret question' and answer. You will need to send that answer to me via e-mail in order for me to accept the transfer. For both PayPal and EMT's, the email address to send it to is michelle@kbjcreatons.ca. I can also create an invoice through Paypal for you to pay. If you are local, and arrangements have been made, I will also accept cash payments.

When Do I Pay?

I would prefer to be paid when you place your order. Especially for fabric that is being pre-ordered. If you can't pay the full amount at the time of the order, a non-refundable deposit of $10.00 is required. Often times there are requests to pay on a later date and that is just fine. Just please know that I will not ship anything before payment has been completed

Shipping:

I ship from Canada, so products can take anywhere up to 2 to 3 weeks to arrive at your door. Usually packages will arrive sooner than that! I can also ship to almost anywhere in the World. Shipping is calculated using parcel rates. If your order is able to be shipped letter-mail, I will contact you to discuss this option. Letter-mail shipping costs averages between $2.50 and $3.50, however it may take longer to reach you and is not able to be tracked. If you decide to use letter-mail shipping I can not accept any responsibility once the product has shipped. Local delivery to Yorkton, Sk. and Roblin, MB. is available, simply contact me to set up a custom listing for you. Any shipping overages of more then $1.00 will be refunded. Buyers outside of Canada are responsible for all customs and/or duty fees that may be incurred. (I have yet to hear that a customer has been charged duty fees).

Shipping Options:

Lettermail: For Canadian customers, certain orders can be sent letter-mail If this is an option for you I will contact you. Orders can be vacumn sealed using my food-saver machine. This makes them flat enough that the Canada Post employees can fit the envelope through the letter-mail slot. There is a risk though when shipping letter-mail as there is no way to track packages. Once a letter-mail package leaves my hands I am no longer responsible for it. Lettermail/Parcel: For customers in the USA, a bit of savings can also happen by using the food-saver and flattening your order. USPS will not allow anything that is not paper be sent as a actual letter-mail but by flattening your order, I can offer around $1.00 - $3.00 in savings.

Returns:

Returns will be accepted when contact is made within 30 days of you receiving your product. If something is wrong with your item, I want to know about it. I want you to be happy with your product. Please contact me with any concerns that you have about any of my products. I will do my best to make things right. Products marked as *seconds* are not eligible for returns. If you are returning an item that is not defective, you are responsible for all shipping costs. Please contact me before returning a product.
