What is Pretty Eco Intimates return and exchange policy? Generally speaking, due to the personal nature of these products I will very rarely offer returns for any reason. But here are some helpful facts: Natural Variation: All items are individually made with tender love & care in Canada. (Although the materials used may or may not be 100% Canadian made). There are natural variation in these products because of the variation on sizes and shape that is unavoidable. I do not offer refunds because of variations. Snaps: Please do not dry items with plastic snaps on HIGH in the dryer, this may cause them to warp/swell and no longer snap. Drying on LOW shouldn’t harm the snaps. If you have an issue with a snap falling off please contact me immediately! PUL: PUL may delaminate in high heat. It is recommended to re-seal your PUL items occasionally to maintain the waterproof layer. To reseal your PUL , wash, then dry on HIGH for 20 minutes. It is not recommended to use the sanitary function on your washer as this may cause your PUL to delaminate. For the longest life air dry items with PUL, but you can also machine dry on LOW. Defects: If there is a defect in the product that renders it unusable we can discuss options for return and/or refunds within 45 days of receipt for cloth pads, and 30 days for other items. Fabrics: Unfortunately I can not warranty fabrics, only workmanship. Flannel and some fleeces will pill, that's their nature.
