All diapers come from a smoke free, kitty friendly home in BC, Canada. As much as I try to keep my cat away from my work, I can not guaranty that zero hair or dander has transferred onto you product.

Diaper Care Instructions:
Before first use, prep diapers by washing and drying on medium heat to seal PUL and remove and markings made when sewing.
Machine wash. Cold rinse. Hot wash with diaper safe detergent. Cold rinse.
Machine dry low, or line dry for longevity.
No Bleach. No Fabric Softeners. No Dryer Sheets.
Occasionally drying diapers with PUL on a medium heat to 'reseal' the PUL will help prevent leaks!

Refunds:
If you are unhappy with the product, please let me know and we will work together to fix the situation.
If your diaper have a major flaw that impedes the function of the diaper contact me and I will see what I can do. If it is fixable then you can ship it back to me (at your expense, and I will reimburse you once it it received) and I will fix it. If it is not fixable and within 60 days of purchase, then a replacement diaper or refund will be issued. A major flaw constitutes as the following:
Damaged PUL (not including regular wear and tear)
Missing or broken snap
Broken/loose elastic

Wicking or slight leaking due to improper fit is not a major flaw. Not all diapers work with all babies, this is not within my control, and therefor does not warrant a refund or replacement diaper. You are welcome to resell if you wish to try and re-coop some of your losses. It is also important to remember that if it is too big now, babies grow, so it may fit in the future.

Diapers with a cotton wing to wing embellishment have a higher risk of wicking quickly. Make sure you are using a super absorbent insert. I have found that just a microfiber insert is not absorbent enough for an embellished diaper. An extra insert with bamboo or hemp added next to the PUL will last a bit longer between changing.
