My regular shipping days are Tuesdays and Fridays. I try to offer shipping via lettermail for items in Canada that can be sent flat or vacuum sealed flat. I do not have this option when shipping to the USA unfortunately but will try to get you the best price for a parcel and if I over-estimate I will send you a refund.
