Quality & Warranty

All items are hand made by me, and may have slight differences in construction. My diapers are not mass produced, each item is individually cut and sewn. I always use high quality items from reputable resources in my products and tend to be a perfectionist with my products. Stitching may not be perfect, but it will be very close and always functional. If an item does not meet my standards of perfection, but is still functional it will be listed as a second and a discount. Seconds will have a mark on the tag to disclose their imperfection.

Any issues with my diapers within 8 weeks of purchase will be covered under warranty. This warranty covers material and construction flaws, shot elastics and broken snaps. You must pay shipping to me, but I will pay to return it too you. This does not cover leaks, or fit issues. If you aren't sure of which size to choose, please inquire about sizing first.

Shipping

Shipping for individual diapers is via Canada post lettermail. Lettermail does not offer tracking or insurance. If you would prefer parcel post, please indicate in the comments and we can work out the difference. Multiple items will ship via Parcel Post and any over-payments on shipping in excess of $1 will be refunded.

Returns
