Shipping We guarantee a handling time no longer than three weeks but generally have orders out in the mail within three business days of payment received. Seller is not responsible for damage or lost during shipping, if you want insurance, please let me know. Refunds and Exchanges Refunds will be handled on an individual basis. If we make a mistake we'll be more than happy to issue you a refund within three days from when you received your item. If that happens please email us as soon as possible. Refunds will not be issued for any issues with sizing unless we clearly send you a size different than what you ordered. If you're worried it might not fit properly, please measure your head to make sure you know what size you are. If you don't fit the standard sizes make sure to message us to request a custom size. Additional Policies and FAQs We offer four standard sizes: Small (14"-16" head circumference with a 3" width) Medium (17"-19" head circumference with a 3" width) Large 3" (20"-22" head circumference with a 3" width) Large 4" ((20"-22" head circumference with a 4" width) If you measure around your head where you plan on wearing your Knot-em and find that your head is in between any of the sizes or smaller than 14" or larger than 22", make sure to message me and I can create you a custom listing with your measurements to make sure your Knot-em is the perfect fit :)
