Refunds will not be issued unless there is a true defect, in which the item must be returned un-washed and unworn within 2 weeks from the date the item was received. **NOTE ON POOLING** Pooling of colors is not considered a defect. Whereas I will do my best using various methods to avoid pooling of colors, please understand that hand dyed yarns will pool at certain sizes. Pooling tends to be more noticeable in a picture or on your computer than it does in real life. I will always strive to avoid pooling, and will keep in contact with customs customers if any problems arise. I will not accept returns due to pooling. Unless otherwise stated, in stock items will ship within 24 hours of payment or on the next business day. I ship USPS, and am not responsible for items once they leave my hands at the post office.
