Payment: Checks and Money Orders are accepted from local customers only. All other orders must be paid via Credit Card or Paypal. Returns: Items may only be returned if they are defective. Purchases of seconds, clearance, and used items are final. Please contact us before returning the item to make arrangements. Store credit will be issued when the item is received. Defective Items: If items are defective, they may be returned to us for full credit within 60 days. We inspect all items, but they may slip past us from time to time. Please insect your items upon receipt. Please note: We do not accept merchandise that has been washed, worn or altered in any way. Prohibited alterations include, but are not limited to, dye processing, appliqués, screen-printing and reconstruction. All our garments have specific washing instructions on the packages. We are not responsible for failure to follow these instructions. No exceptions. Delivery: We offer free in-town delivery to our local customers with a minimum $10.00 order. Shipping: Shipping via USPS. In stock items will ship within 3-5 business days, custom orders will ship within 2-3 weeks after the order is finalized. Orders will not ship until full payment has been made. Customers are responsible for any shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items are shipped to the Paypal address, if the address is incorrect it must be changed through Paypal. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. Insurance is available for purchase with all items. Insurance is required on purchases totaling $100.00 or more. All items shipping with delivery confirmation. Packages will be shipping in recycled packaging whenever possible. International orders: We do not ship internationally. Custom Orders: I am open for custom orders when there is a "custom slot" listed. Please remember that this is an in-home business, and Terra is a work at home mom. Occasionally there may be events beyond our control that could delay your order. We will communicate with you via email if there are any reasons why your order will not be shipped on time. Wholesale: We are accepting wholesale customers who have an established brick & mortar store or an established online store. We sell wholesale only to verified business retailers or vendors. You must supply a legitimate State Resale License number, as well as your full business name. We do not accept co-op orders or group buying.
