Payment expected within 24 hours. I will generally ship within 3 business days unless otherwise noted (or I will email you at your contact email if I'm unable to ship in that time). All items come from a smoke free and pet free home and are washed in a lightly scented wool wash before they come to your home (unless otherwise noted). If you are unhappy for any reason please contact me first so that I have the opportunity to try and help before leaving negative feedback. Please be sure to always be supervising baby when using items with buttons or drawstrings, I do my best to sew these well but with enough effort nearly any baby can dislodge these. Monkey Bunns cannot be held responsible for any incidents that happen with buttons, strings, etc.
Returns are not accepted for pooling or similar cosmetic issues. I do my best to prevent chunks of pooling but they do happen sometimes. I inspect all items before they go out to be sure they are free of snags or other cosmetic issues. If you feel you need to return an item please contact me first, I generally do not accept returns unless there is something wrong with the item.
Customs: Deposit is required before beginning a custom order. Communication is key-I like to make sure that I make exactly what you want so please be sure to return emails quickly and I will do the same.
Shipping: Insurance is required and included in the price of the item. Shipping is calculated to the best of my abilities and I will refund overage if there is a gross discrepancy. I currently am only offering shipping within the US.
Washing instructions for 100% wool woolies: I recommend getting a good wool wash with lanolin in it or using Eucalan or a gentle wool wash and pure lanolin (like 100% lanolin nipple cream). With a wool wash you add the amount the manufacturer recommends and run warm to hot water to make milky looking water and then add cool water to make the water in your sink or pail room temperature. Place items in and gently squeeze water through (remove any waste first and gently wash with a lanolin wash bar to remove stains). Let sit for at least an hour but up to over night in a place away from baby. Squeeze out excess water gently and roll up in a lint-free towel. Lay flat to dry.
Washing instructions for non-wool or superwash items: Lanolin wash isn't necessary but I do recommend a gentle wash like Eucalan. Wash similar to woolies but no need to soak. You may want to rinse especially if baby has sensitive skin. Lay all items flat to dry unless otherwise noted. Superwash items may be washed in the washer and laid flat to dry but for the best life for your item hand washing is recommended (and it's quick and easy). If you do machine wash please use a mesh garment bag.
