All items are handmade in a smoke free, pet free home. My products are natural(amber, hazelwood) and/or handcrafted(glass or wooden beads) so often small imperfections may occur(the beads will not all be the same shape or size). I believe that these tiny "imperfections" make each of my products unique, and one of a kind. They do not affect function. Larger imperfections will always be listed as "seconds" and be offered at a discounted price.
PAYMENT:
Payment is expected within 24 hours of purchase.(Sorry only paypal accepted at this time) Items are made to order and will be shipped within 7 business days of payment being received - if for some reason that is not possible, I will contact buyer asap.

RETURNS:
If there is a problem with your order, please contact me as soon as you receive it to work out a solution. Return accepted within 30 days of purchase on unworn or defective products. .Once returned, a refund will be issued minus shipping costs.
