Please make sure your address is correct in your paypal account at the time of purchase. I will ship to a "Giftee" address, if requested. Please select the "Giftee's" address on your paypal payment.
Items will not ship until paid for. If there is a problem and you feel you need to cancel your order, please contact me and we can discuss options.
If Payment is not received within 24 hours of purchase, the item will be re-listed, and your order will be canceled.
Whenever I am able, I do try to Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle, by using prior-used shipping and packing supplies. First class is usually my prefered choice of shipping, but priority will be an option with most purchases.
If Shipping costs are less be more than $1, I will refund you the extra!
Once payment is made, I will try to ship within 1-2 business days (or if item is a custom, we will discuss the turn-around times, and I will ship within 1-2 business days of finish date), but will inform you if there are any delays, such as weather or acts of God :)
If you desire any extra shipping features, such as insurance, or express shipping, please contact me BEFORE PURCHASING with your requests, and I will edit your listing to include the extra shipping feature(s) fees.
♥ DAMAGE/WORKMANSHIP: If you feel there are any problem(s) with the item(s) when they arrived, in regards to workmanship or damage, please feel free to contact me, and I will do all I can to ensure you are happy and satisfied :)
Please contact me within 7 DAYS of purchase to recieve a refund on your return.
♥ DISSATISFIED/UNHAPPY: If you wish to return your item(s) for any other reason, and your item is UNUSED, you will be given store credit for the original purchase price, for an exchange. Return shipping will be at your expense, and once item is received, your new selection(s) (of equal value), will be shipped to you with delivery confirmation. Please contact me within 14 days of purchase to discuss options, and make a new selection.

I love custom orders! However, I am a busy stay-at-home mom, and living on a farm has lots of responsibilities! Sometimes I will be unable to accept more than a few custom orders, so it will be on a first-come, first-served basis. If I commit to make your custom order, be assured I will complete it as quickly as possible!
All my items come from a non-smoking, no-pets home.
Measurements for the woolies/shorties/soakers are included in each listing, so please make sure to measure your little one(with a diaper on) before ordering, to ensure a good fit. This is ESPECIALLY important on custom orders, as there are NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES on custom orders.
