Returns & Exchanges

At Nohea Knits customer satisfaction is top priority. Please let me know if you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase and we will try to make it right. Measurements are listed with every instock item. Please measure your child carefully before purchasing. Returns or exchanges will not be issued based on size. If you have any questions about sizing or my products please contact me. I'll be happy to answer any questions you may have. All sale items and seconds are final sales.

Instock Items
You may return unwashed, unworn, unused instock purchases for up to 14 days from date of receipt for a full refund minus shipping. Please contact me prior to making a return. Purchaser is responsible for shipping on returned items. After 14 days no refund will be given, but store credit for the full purchase price minus shipping will be offered.

Custom Orders
Due to the unique nature of custom orders I do not allow returns or exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with your custom order, please contact me to see what can be done about it. Custom order deposits are non-refundable.

Shipping

Instock items will be shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt of payment. For custom items please check the items descriptions for specific time frames on completion. Items are shipped only to the address provided by PayPal. This protects both the buyer and the seller in the event of a postal service issue. Please make certain that your shipping address is correct in your PayPal account. All items will be shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation. Please contact me about an item for an international shipping quote. Optional insurance is recommended and available for purchase at checkout. Nohea Knits is not responsible for items damaged or lost in the mail. Purchasing insurance will protect you from that.

Payments

PAYPAL is my preferred method of payment. I will accept money orders, but items will be held until money order arrives. Thank you for understanding.
