~SHIPPING~ All instock orders are shipped within 3 business days of the order being paid for. Custom orders have up to a 2-3 week turn around time. If something comes up to delay your order, I will communicate this to you via email. All orders are shipped via USPS with Delivery Confirmation (with the exception of Canadian orders). You will receive a shipping notice once your order ships. ~INSURANCE~ I am not responsible for uninsured packages once they leave my hands. If you are concerned about your items, I reccommend purchasing the optional insurance. ~PRODUCT POLICIES~ All fabrics have been prewashed once before use. There may be additional shrinkage or color bleeding for the first few washes, so please keep that in mind. I reccommend washing all items on cold to prevent further shrinkage and color fading. Prefolds will continue to quilt and shrink with additional washes and this is normal. ~REFUNDS/EXCHANGES~ Refunds or exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase for new and unused items. Defective mechandise can be returned or exchanged for no charge. I want you to be happy with your product, so please contact me with any concerns and I will do my best to make it right! ~PAYMENT INFORMATION~ Items need to be paid for within 24 hours or items will be restocked without notice.
