Customer service:Phenomenal customer service. Communication was fast and Sev is so friendly! She shipped the doll immediately, I couldn't believe it was from France to the US in less than a week!
Product review: The doll is breathtakingly beautiful! Sev is a talented doll maker. Everything about this doll, from head to toe, is perfect. The craftsmanship is impeccable. Even the packaging is beautiful! I am so in love with this doll and I know my daughter will be too!
