Lady Bee & Co accepts payments through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal.
Packages will NOT be sent until the payment has been received. Customers are obliged to pay within three days of placing the order. If payment has not been received on the third day, the transaction will be cancelled.
If you are having issues with PayPal or any other aspect of the transaction, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will work with you to accommodate your needs.
S H I P P I N G - P O L I C Y

All Ready to ship items will ship within 2-6 business days from the date of payment.
Custom orders will ship within 2-6 weeks from the date of payment.
All packages will be sent via USPS. When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. This doesn't happen often, but it can happen.
If the shipping address is different from the address provided through PayPal, please contact the seller prior to payment. If the your address and PayPal address listed are different, and no special instruction has been provided, Lady Bee & Co will send the order to the address provided through PayPal.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 5 working days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.
C U S T O M - O R D E R S

We love custom orders! Custom orders can take up to 2-6 weeks to complete. Please contact me about turn around time before ordering if you need a custom item before a certain date.
There is a rush fee for custom orders if you need it within a certain time frame.
We offer a 10% discount on orders of 8 or more items.
