I ordered 2 AIO diapers in May 2010. After a couple of weeks I got a tracking number in my email, and a few days after that the number was still not activated. I contacted Kookabums to see what was going on- they had not been shipped yet. But after that initial contact Kooabums kept in contact with me to let me know what was going on. I *do* kind of wish I had known from the get-go what was going on, just a quick email or something- but it's ok. At she kept in contact after that and let me know. :) | | Product review: | I was sent one of the wrong diapers, still waiting for the correct one (an AIO, I recieved an AI2) to arrive.
My AI0 is wonderful, works well, no leaks, great print. It does take forever to dry, but that's part of an AI0. :)
I was told to keep the AI2 as a free-be since it took so long to get the diapers.
AI2 is also great, no leaks, cute print, dries much faster. Loving it.
