I am thrilled to be offering my diapers to you, and I stand by my product! Please remember that this is not my "career", my number one priority is being a stay at home mom to two babies under 1, and I usually have my hands full! Customer service is very important to me, so please bear with me if I do not answer emails immediately or do not have time to take custom orders. I greatly appreciate your business and interest in my diapers!
Refunds: I will offer a refund for unwashed & unworn diapers that are returned within 5 days of the item being "delivered" according to the tracking number. PLEASE contact me as soon as possible about a return so I will know who it is coming from. I do ask that you pay shipping charges. However, I cannot refund "buyer's remorse". Please do not place a diaper in your cart unless you intend on purchasing it.
Exchanges: I will carefully inspect each diaper before shipping. If you recieve a diaper that has a flaw, I will correct it and pay shipping both ways. If the flaw can not be corrected, I will exchange the diaper for another of the same style and print. As with refunds, this is only valid for unwashed & unworn diapers that are returned with 5 days of the item being "delivered" according to the tracking number. Again, please contact me as soon as possible so I will be expecting the diaper and the issue with the diaper.
Warranty: I will replace elastic and snaps for the life of any of my diapers, purchased from my store or not. If the diaper was purchased 90 days or less before a repair is needed, I will pay all shipping costs. After 90 days, I ask that you pay shipping.
Shipping: Please allow up to 3 business days for diapers to ship. I am first and foremost a mom, and things can get hectic at times. When I set dates for stockings, I can't foresee emergencies, drs appointments, etc. I will more than likely ship sooner than 3 days, just please understand things might come up!
Email: I check email daily, but I do not have set business hours. I will answer all emails at my convenience, which will probably be late evening or night. I do most of my work during naptime or after the kids are asleep :)
Pricing: Regular priced AI2s will be $19 USD. In the event that I get hard to find or rare fabric, I may need to increase the price. I also hope to offer ruffled and embroidered diapers in the future, and these will be higher since they require so much more work. I will write in the listing why the price has been increased, and I promise I will not make it outrageous. It is important to me to be able to offer cute diapers at reasonable prices, I started cloth diapering to save money and I'm sure most of you did the same. I will try to offer sales and specials as I can, and giveaways on my Facebook page. Please do not confuse low prices with low quality!
Notes: All diapers come from a smoke-free, chihuahua friendly home. I will double check snaps before diapers are shipped, but please remember to check them periodically at home. Loose snaps can present a choking hazard in young infants. All AI2s are constructed with 100% cotton outers, which is NOT approved by the CPSC for childrens sleepwear as it is flammable. In the event of an oversell I will issue refunds and the diaper will go to the first buyer according to the HC timestamp.
