Payment is expected within 12 hours or item will be re-listed. All items ship via Canada Post. We strive to ship within 3 days of payment and will refund excess shipping charges for combined items. If you purchase items from 2 different dyers please let us know if you would like to combine shipping. . Refund Policy: We do not accept refunds on yarn unless there is a product defect due to dyers's error. No two skeins will be exactly identical even if they were dyed together. Kettle dyeing produces lots of variation and hand painting creates a more uniform pattern. Due to the nature of handmade items small imperfections may occur that do not affect function. Larger imperfections will be listed as "seconds" quality and be given a discounted price. Please be aware that the essential oils in wool wash can cause bleeding.
