Policies

Payments

Payments must be made within 24 hours. If we do not receive payment, the item will be relisted.

Returns

We will accept returns for flawed merchandise, or if measurements are off. A full refund or store credit will be issued. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us directly and we will do our best to resolve any issues. We aim to have 100% customer satisfaction.

Shipping

Items will be shipped within 2-3 days of receiving payment. **If actual shipping cost is more than $1 less than the amount charged, you will be refunded the difference via PayPal.

Please contact us for a quote on additional shipping when purchasing multiple items.

All items will be shipped from Canada, therefore if you require tracking/insurance on items, please contact us for a quote. Tracking numbers can be provided for shipping within Canada, but please note that on average it costs $3-5 dollars more for shipping. You will be contacted for additional shipping charges if need be.

First class mail to the U.S. is sent by surface. Please choose priority if you wish your package to be sent by airmail. For Canadians, please choose International. All packages mailed within Canada include tracking and insurance.

International orders

We do accept international orders, however, additional postage will be calculated and charged. Please contact us directly for a price quote for international shipping. As well, please allow extra time for international orders.

Please send me an email indicating that you are an international buyer prior to sending payment and we will send an invoice with an updated total.

Please note

We have rinsed our yarns thoroughly after dying but some dyes, especially warm colors, tend to bleed a little when first washed. Unscented wool wash is recommended.

We also recommend washing your diapers before usage. The dyes have been set and rinsed but colour bleeding can sometimes occur.

As well, our diapers may take several washes before maximum absorbancy is reached. This is due to the nature of the rayon bamboo fabric.
