Welcome to the EcoNest Congo! 

Payments
We ask that all payments be completed within 24 hours.  At this time we are accepting PayPal only unless an individual store specifies that they accept RME.  Failure to pay within 24 hours will result in the item being relisted. 

Shipping
While each store within the congo will vary with shipping times, we assure you that we charge only what it costs for us to ship the items.  Keep in mind that many of our stores use eco-friendly, reusable, or recyclable materials. 

Our shipping prices do include delivery confirmation, but do not include insurance.  If you wish to purchase insurance, please add it to your order as you are checking out.  Delivery confirmation simply confirms that the item arrived at the intended address and does not protect against damage in transit.  To make sure that your item is fully protected, we highly recommend purchasing the insurance.

Returns and Exchanges
Unless specifically noted within the individual store, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.  Rest assured that all items leave the seller in new condition unless otherwise noted within the listing.  Pictures provided present the best representation of the items for sale.
