I’ve been trying to shift how I look at real estate lately — less about individual buildings and more about how it contributes to city growth overall. Commercial spaces, mixed-use developments, connectivity — all of it seems to work best when planned together.
Looking at how some real estate groups approach development across different asset types helped me understand this bigger picture. It’s interesting how organised planning ends up influencing everyday things like commute times, work clusters, and even lifestyle choices.
