Employment in Morocco runs on an entirely different track than tourism ever could.
Foreign nationals hoping to work legally can't rely on any eVisa category the Morocco Work Visa instead unfolds as a three-part legal process, starting with the employer, not the applicant.
Stage one falls on the employer: they draft a Foreign Worker Employment Contract, sometimes back it with a labour-market certificate confirming no local candidate fits the role, then submit everything to the Ministry of Labour for a stamped authorisation.
Stage two shifts to the applicant: armed with that stamped contract, along with a passport, photos, police clearance, and often a medical certificate, they file at the relevant embassy or consulate abroad.
Stage three happens after arrival: once inside Morocco on a long-term work visa, the applicant applies for a residence permit through local police authorities, typically valid one year and
