I was told a few weeks for completion time. I was then later told that my order was delayed due to a delayed shipment of wool back in August. I had to keep asking for updates and was told that they were being worked on "next week". Finally received half my order in OCTOBER. No info given regarding missing items. I repeatedly emailed asking for info regarding the missing 2 pairs of pants with no response for weeks.
Jesse did finally email me back almost 2 weeks ago and said that she was "out of wool" (!?!?) and wouldn't be able to send one of the pairs of pants after all. This was after I waited since July! I asked for a full refund and have not gotten any response since. It is way past the deadline to file with paypal so I'm out that money. | | Product review: | Never received. NO refund issued.
