On October 31st I purchased a custom slot for a blanket. The turnaround time was listed as 1-2 weeks. Rhonda quickly emailed me after I purchased and we agreed on the colors for the blanket.
2 weeks past and I didn't receive it or hear anything, so I sent Rhonda an email asking when it would be completed. I didn't hear back from her in 3-4 days, so I sent another one. Finally on November 28th, nearly 4 weeks after the purchase date she emails me back and says that her kids have been sick and her washer broke and my blanket "pieces" are dyed, but not sewn. 4 weeks after the purchase date and it isn't even sewn... She promised she would sew it that morning and have it in the mail that same day (Saturday, 11/28) or on Monday (11/30) at the latest.
7 days went by and I didn't receive the blanket, so I emailed Rhonda and asked when she shipped it and could I have the DC#, I didn't hear back from her. 2 days Later I emailed again and asked the same thing - finally she sent me the DC# and amazingly the blanket finally showed up that same day!
I checked the PayPal label and she actually didn't ship it until December 5th, when she promised me she would ship the 28th or the 30th at the latest.
An order that was supposed to take 7-14 days ended up taking 39 days. I am very, very unhappy with the customer service and had planned to file with PayPal at 40 days, thankfully I didn't have to do this. Rhonda had poor communication and didn't follow through on numerous promises. Because of this I will never be placing another order with her.
