Customer service:I originally contacted the seller after noticing a week after receiving tracking the package still had yet to be scanned anywhere. I was informed that the soaker needed completing (something she realized when going to pack the diaper) and that she'd go finish it and send it out. Over a month later I still have no diaper and the seller will not reply to my emails.
Product review: Due to the product never being shipped to me I cannot accurately review it, but I definitely will not buy from TheCraftEGal again since she does not ship or keep in contact.
