Product review: A *fabulous* newborn diaper, well worth the money. I have a newborn stash of: Bumgenius, FuzziBunz, GroVia, Goodmama, Kissaluvs, Tots Bots, RagaBabe and Charlie Banana and this Diaperpalooza diaper is bar none my favorite diaper. When purchased: Aug 3, 2011 Item: Large Pink Floyd AI2 *5 Hour Auction* Customer service: Harassed me for $2 for shipping, and threatened to relist because of it! Never received confirmation of shipping, Product review: Never received yet! 2011-10-08 02:11:12 Seller response: Shipping was to Canada, my shipping policy clearly states that shipping is extra to Canada, I cannot cover the cost. I sent multiple emails and wouldn't receive a response for a week at a time so I said I would relist if I did not get a response. Finally I got the $2 payment and the next day I sent the diaper. No confirmation was sent because it is much cheaper at the post office then via Pay Pal. I told the buyer that I was afraid sending Canadian shipments because there is no tracking number and I cannot tell if the buyer received the diaper like with American shipments. I am not sure if the buyer has the diaper or if it's lost with USPS, but the diaper was shipped promptly after shipping payment was made. 2011-10-20 11:18:24 Buyer resolution: Nowhere in the shipping policy does it mention Canadian shipping specifically. At this moment, there is nothing in the policies at all! In an email, you say the policies say to contact regarding shipping costs...can't even get it straight for yourself?! I didn't have a problem paying the extra $2...the problem is with communications, and customer service with the entire issue. I won the item on the 3rd of August, and didn't receive any emails regarding the extra money being requested till a week later on the 10th. You told me on the 14th (the day I headed out camping) you would take a photo of the shipping receipt. I have not received that. On the 19th, I responded and told you I would deal with it once getting settled back in from camping. On the 22nd, you threatened to re-list, it even though I had already invested $35 for the item. All for a measly $2! You also made assumptions regarding my connectivity based on the fact that I had an iPad?! I then explained to you that although I had an iPad, didn't mean anything! Our community just went through some major weather, causing it to flood and yes, causing connectivity issues with my internet satellite. I live in a remote location and those are the issues we face! You never expressed any concern for the shipment and no tracking number. You only mentioned that you had not done it this way before. You say you don't know if I have the diaper or if it was lost?! I think that is total BS as I sent you a personal email on the 12th of October to inquire about the status of the cloth diaper. Heck, I could easily wonder, if it was lost or if you are just holding it back from me! 2011-11-03 12:53:08
