It seemed my messages would be going to her spam folder, or she would not get them at all. I have been waiting aprox. 4 months for a replacement soaker. The soaker had a snap that wasn't staying snapped (and is now missing completely) and the inner fabric of the soaker somehow got bunched up. Jessica said she would mail a new one out on 3 different occasions, but I never received one. First she said her husband mailed it and since it was to Canada he may have done it wrong. The second time she said she may not have my address correct and asked if I could verify it.
