To start, I made this purchase March 2nd, paid my $10 deposit, emailed her the print I wanted and waited. FINALLY on March 26th she emails me about how she is so sorry it's been so long, she is mailing it off the following Tuesday and she would invoice me the remainder. Finally I emailed her again on April 4th for an invoice because she had yet to send it. She invoiced me the 6th, which I paid, then finally said she mailed on April 12th. I was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt and not file a dispute with paypal, but since April 12th she has not answered any of my emails nor has she responded to my paypal dispute I filed on April 28th. I will not ever see the $10 from my deposit but hopefully I will recoup at least my remaining $11.
