Disappointing. I purchased this necklace and had it shipped as a gift to the recipient. I sent an email to Kelly to the email that is designated as both her Contact address as well as her PayPal address asking for a note to be included with the necklace, letting the recipient know what it was, as I was sure she'd have no idea, and she also didn't know the gift was coming as I wanted it to be a complete surprise. I never received a response to my email, but I didn't stress and ASSumed my simple request would be obliged. I was wrong. There was nothing but the necklace and a business card in the package, according to the recipient. She thought it was a baby toy, and was wondering why there was such a safety hazard like a long cord on an infant's toy. I'm glad my nephew didn't strangled himself before I was able to intervene.

I fully admit fault that I forgot to include the note to the gift recipient. The only "excuse" I have is that I was sending out a lot of packages during that holiday season and I simply forgot. For that I sincerely apologize and meant no harm. However, I do feel that the rest of the commentary in the feedback is a rather gross exaggeration. My business card does indicate that I make jewelry and nursing necklaces with my website links which include information about what a nursing necklace is. I will add a small printout to all my nursing necklace purchases from now on explaining what a nursing necklace is. However, it is ultimately up to the parent to use common sense when deciding if they feel that a "toy" is safety hazzard or not and if they should give it to the child or not. Nothing on my business card indicates that I make toys. It clearly indicates "handcrafted jewelry" with my name, phone number, email address, and site information. I am truly apologetic for not following through with including the note as asked and promise to be more careful of this in the future. Thank you.

I love this necklace and it looks so adorable on my little man. I searched around town to see if anyone even carried beads this unique, but no way. I can get it on him when he is not too squirmy. He forgets its there, and talks about his choo-choo later on when he notices.
