I won two items in the holiday hunt (orders #1089 and 1090) and was sent e-mails regarding both (two bars of soap). I chose my scents and was told that they would ship out immediately. After a month or so, I contacted the seller through the congo page again to inquire about the items. I was told that the soap would ship the next day and that I would be provided with a delivery confirmation number. I never received the soap or the d.c.
