12-16-09 - Sarah was having difficulty with this last pair not being stretchy enough so I purchased and sent a different yarn.
12-26-09 Sarah notified me yarn had been received and that the socks should be ready that weekend.
1-28-10 - Didn't receive them or hear anything, so emailed again because I was going out of town (no response).
2-19-10 - Emailed again, Sarah was apologetic it was taking so long....they'd had sickness in the house and one thing after another had come up but socks were done except for closing toes so they'd likely be sent that weekend. I was very understanding, I know things can happen.
3-17-10 - emailed again wondering if socks would be able to ship before Easter....no response.

I received the requested refund. Sarah emailed and said she shipped the socks and just assumed I'd received them...she checked her DC# and it shows nothing, like they "vanished". I asked if it was possible she printed a label from someone else's transaction and accidentally sent the package to them, but didn't get any further response. I've received paypal shipping notices with all of my previous purchases with this vendor and did not with this one, so it's hard not to be skeptical. Sarah has an excellent product so it's hard to leave this review - but I feel it's important to be honest about the transaction. | | 2010-04-22 11:19:16 |

I was told that the yarn from Family Roots was too thick and so Sarah would speak with Camilla and have a yarn of an appropriate weight sent over. On December 18th USPS received notice that the package had been entered into the system, but nothing further ever showed up, which makes me think a shipping label was printed, but that the package was never mailed. I have tried to contact Sarah several times and she is not responding to my emails.
