You can see by clicking the tracking information in your shipment confirmation from Paypal, that the item was indeed shipped.

Keep in mind that we are located in Alaska...your parcel has to travel across the entire continent and USPS is not known for expedient shipping of first class parcels.
Considering that our shipping policy states that orders may take up to two weeks to ship out, our next-day shipment of your order hardly constitutes "horrible service." Your first e-mail was sent yesterday, and again, I don't think waiting a day or two for a reply is unreasonable, much less horrible.
I have requested that both of us receive e-mail updates from usps.com so we will both be informed of the progress of the package as it gets closer to you.
