I accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
Shipping:
EMS would be used for shipping the products. It is Very Nice and Effective. And it is the MOST ECONOMICAL shipping method possible as the products are lighter but have a lot of volumetric weight. Tracking ID would be provided so that you can get the information of Your Most awaited item.
The product will reach you within 14-20 working days.
For cancellations:
You can also cancel your order within: 1 hour of purchase
I will order your refund within 1 natural day (to account for different time zones and working hours) and send you a confirmation. The actual transfer of funds may vary depending on the processing times of the banking entities used (Paypal, Mastercard etc.)
For returns and exchanges:
Kauna, Water hyacinth Handbags, Baskets etc are the products, which can not be broken even if pressed.
Even if the item is damaged, please contact me within: 2 days of and, where possible, send me an image of the damaged item.
I accept returns if only the item is shipped back with tracking number within 7 days from receiving the item. Shipping charges, there and back, will be on the customer. You will be refunded as much as the item costs.
I am not responsible for LOST, STOLEN or UNDELIVERED packages. All lost, stolen, and undelivered package are on the responsibility of the BUYER and we are UNABLE to replace or reship the purchased items.

* To the very extent yes. Professional photographers were hired to photograph the product and natural lighting was used for the "Life Style Photography" of the products to give the most natural look to the product.
But still, colours may vary based on your screen resolution and other computer settings outside of our control. The photo may differ from the actual item due to limitations of viewing photos at different resolutions, hue, brightness, contrast, and other screen variations.
* It's 100% Handmade, that means no machine of any kind is used to make the product. So please bear with some changes in the Length, Breadth, Height, Length of Strap and other parameters of the product. Handmade products deviate from the parameters (LxBxH) a bit.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
-Custom or personalized orders

Processing time
Unless otherwise stated, the items are ready to ship. Sometimes due to the shortage of grass (raw material), it takes some time for the product to be made. In case of custom made items, the time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies depending on the volume of orders. If in doubt, please contact us by mail or whats app us.
Please note that I cannot guarantee the shipping time once your shipment is out of my hands.
