I work on a first paid, first serve basis. I make my custom orders as they come in, when they come in, and will try to accommodate everyone as best I can.
I strive for excellence, but I'm only human. If, for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me, and I will do everything in my power to make the situation right.
Shipping insurance is provided on all orders (under $50) shipping via Priority Mail. If you choose First Class shipping, there is an option to purchase shipping insurance. I highly recommend buying the shipping insurance for an additional $1.85. Better safe than sorry. Bandtail Boutique will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
If you are placing an order for an older girl/adult tutu, a waist measurement must be included. If a waist measurement is not provided while checking out, you have 24 hours from order placement to provide the measurement. If a measurement is not received within 24 hours of order placement, the order will be cancelled.
