I will generally ship using USPS first class mail (under 13 ounces), priority mail, or parcel post. Delivery confirmation numbers will be provided; these may or may not work for tracking your package. (Tracking is not the intended purpose of delivery confirmation services.) Please note that once I drop off a package at the post office, it is out of my hands and I cannot be held responsible for anything that happens to it beyond that point. Insurance is recommended, but optional, and can be added during checkout.
Occasionally, if your order contains three or four diapers, I may ship them as two first class mail packages rather than one priority or parcel mail package, if it is less expensive to do so.
If shipping is overcharged by $1 or more I will refund the overage via PayPal.
If you pay using PayPal, for your protection and mine, I can only ship to the address listed on your PayPal account. Please ensure these addresses are correct before paying.

Refunds and Exchanges
All items are 100% sewn, snapped, etc. by me. Everything is handmade, and minor imperfections are a possibility. Items with obvious flaws or anything which affects its appearance or function, will be sold at a discount as a "Second". Seconds are sold "as is" with the flaw listed. All diapers are created in a smoke free and cat/dog friendly home. I do my best to make sure all diapers are completely clean of lint/debris before packaging. I do use water soluble, non toxic glue and washable markers when making my diapers. This can sometimes be seen, but will come out with a first wash. I stand behind my work 100% and am willing to repair your diaper within the first 14 days after your diaper has arrived. Everyday wear and tear cannot be replaced or repaired.
